RN - Step Down
Job Overview
- Travel RN position in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Specialty: Stepdown/Progressive Care
- Unit: Surgical Progressive Care Unit
- 23-bed unit
- Patient ratio: 1:3 to 1:4
- Patient population includes CVPCU, cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients
Schedule
- Dayshift
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Weekend rotation every 3rd weekend
- Holiday rotation
- May be required to float to other stepdown/PCUs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- ACLS
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- Cardiology experience
- Thoracic Surgery experience
- Vascular Surgery experience
