Interventional Radiology Tech

Job Overview

Specialty: Neuro Interventional Radiology / Neuro
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
Start Timing: Approximately 2–3 weeks after offer
Caseload: 4–5 patients per tech daily

Schedule Expectations

On-call required every 5th weekend and one night per week
Must be within 30 minutes of the facility while on call
No floating to other facilities or outside scope

Required Qualifications

Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in South Carolina
Interventional Radiology Technologist (2 years of experience)
Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ARRT (R)

Additional Notes

First-time travelers are accepted
Locals may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Facility provides scrubs
Epic is used for charting
All requested time off must be submitted with the application
Hurricane season may require assignment to emergency response teams
