Description
Critical Care RN
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Marion, Indiana
- Day shift: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage
- Start date around 8/31
- Approximate assignment length: 18 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
Compliance / Onboarding Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Background check within 30 days of start
- Annual EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
- Annual HHS/OIG screening
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Respirator fit test within 3 months of start
- Tdap vaccine or declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 3 months of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B titer or declination
- Drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- 2 references within 3 years of start
- Annual skills checklist
Additional Notes
- Annual mandatory training is required
- IT access form is required
- Dress code must be reviewed
