- Level II Adult and Pediatric Trauma Center
- Focuses on adult trauma, post-surgical management for general surgery, vascular surgery, and neurosurgery
- 8 beds
- Patient ratio: 1:1-3
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- STICU - Surgical Trauma Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
- STICU - Surgical Trauma Intensive Care experience within the last year
- TNCC
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIH Certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Driver's License
