Cath Lab RN

Job Overview

  • Location: Warwick, Rhode Island

  • Call: Required, with rotation every 4th–5th weekend and weekday nights

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Rhode Island
  • Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
  • 5 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • BSN
  • Driver's License

Onboarding Requirements

  • COVID-19 vaccine and booster documentation
  • MMR immunity or 2 immunizations
  • Varicella immunity or 2 immunizations
  • Hepatitis B series, positive titer, or declination on facility form
  • Tdap within the last 10 years
  • 2-step PPD or IGRA within the last year
  • Fit test within 1 year of start
  • Criminal background check within 6 months of start
  • Rhode Island fingerprinting within 30 days of start
  • Orientation packet completion
  • Non-employee confidentiality agreement
  • Confirmation of assignment
  • Covid and flu policy form completed annually

  • Flu vaccination is required annually from 10/1 to 6/30, with no medical exemptions or declinations reviewed.
