RN Medical/Surgical PM Shift
Location
- Cincinnati, Ohio

- 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Med Surg (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- 1 year or more of total travel experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Driver's License
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience
- Experience with Epic
Onboarding / Compliance Requirements
- License or certificate verification completed 30 days before the assignment start date
- Criminal background check completed 90 days before the assignment start date
- Drug screen completed 60 days before the start date
- TB test completed 60 days before the start date
- Physical/health statement completed within 12 months before the start date
- MMR documentation
- Varicella documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation
- Fit test for direct patient care positions
- I-9 E-Verify attestation
- Internal competency checklist completed within 2 weeks after start
- Badge photo
- Annual compliance training module
- Education verification
- Skills checklist
