Cath Lab Tech
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Seattle, Washington
- Dual cath/interventional radiology assignment
- Start: ASAP
- Shift: 4x10s, variable days including weekends, variable start time
- Some weeks may require 8- or 10-hour shifts
- On-call required: 4–5 call shifts per month
- Weekend work required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Local candidates accepted
- Pending state license accepted
- Contract length: 18 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Washington
- Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ARRT
- Experience with Epic
Work Expectations
- Daily caseload: 4 angio suites and 2 ORs
- Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs
- RTO limit: no more than 6 days
- Facility may call off 1 shift per every 2-week pay period
Key Clinical Focus
- Neuro interventions: stroke, coils, AVMs, diagnostic cerebrals
- Cardiac procedures: STEMI, PCI, diagnostic cases
- Vascular procedures: runoffs, TEVAR, EVAR
- Body procedures: CVCs, drains, embolizations
Additional Notes
- Scrubs provided by facility
- Epic charting system used
- Daily onsite parking is available for a fee; offsite parking is also available for a fee
