Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process
- Complete initial patient assessments and develop care plans
- Implement and update nursing interventions and care plans
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation
- Report or correct safety hazards and incidents
- Communicate directly and privately to resolve issues when needed
- Support peer development through constructive feedback and collaboration
- Identify personal learning needs and pursue solutions
- Meet departmental competency requirements
