Required Qualifications
- Valid Nuclear Medicine Technologist license in California
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience within the last year
Compliance / Pre-Start Items
- Government-issued photo ID required
- Social Security card required as applicable for I-9
- E-Verify attestation required
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check required within 30 days of start
- HHS/OIG check required within 30 days of start
- Physical exam required within 1 year of start
- Fit mask required for travel starts
- Tdap documentation required within 10 years
- TB clearance required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, varicella, drug screen, flu documentation, COVID documentation, and respirator clearance required as applicable to assignment and onsite status
- Float policy acknowledgement required
- Annual regulatory modules required
