Job Overview
- Location: North Charleston, South Carolina
- Setting: Outpatient clinic
- Employment type: Travel/contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 5x8s, 8:30am–5:00pm
- Weekly hours: 40
Role Highlights
- Primary focus is screening mammography
- Diagnostic mammography may be performed as the schedule allows
- Expected daily volume is 20 screening mammograms per day
- Typical daily caseload is 55
- Floating within scope is required, including to facilities throughout the Charleston area as needed
Required Qualifications
- Valid Mammography Technologist license in South Carolina
- Mammography Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Mammography Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS
- ARRT (M)
- SCRQSA (M)
Work Expectations
- No weekends
- No on-call
- Must be willing to adjust work hours if overtime is involved
- First-time travelers are accepted
Additional Notes
- Locals are accepted on a case-by-case basis
- All requested time off must be disclosed at submission
- Facility does not allow call-outs
- Unit orientation is completed at the work site
- Scrub color: any shade of pink or dark teal top with black bottom
