RN Job Summary
Role
- Registered Nurse in an acute care setting
- Functions as both caregiver and care manager
- May be required to serve as Charge Nurse
Location
- Moses Lake, Washington

- Shift: 12p–12a
Required Qualifications
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Valid RN license in Washington
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
Preferred Experience
- Acute care RN experience preferred
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred for specialty nursing departments
Unit-Specific Requirements
- ICU: ACLS within 6 months of hire
- ICU: PALS within 12 months of hire
- ICU: TNCC within 12 months of hire
- ICU: PEARS within 12 months of hire
- ICU: Moderate sedation training within 12 months of hire
- ICU: RN-C preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and collect data on physiologic, psychosocial, and cognitive status
- Implement care according to policies, procedures, and care plans
- Provide patient teaching
- Document care in electronic medical records and/or paper processes
- Delegate and supervise patient care activities
- Maintain safety, infection control, and professional standards
- Coordinate staffing and patient flow when functioning as Charge Nurse
Physical Demands
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, kneeling, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
- Ability to assist with lifting and pushing/pulling 60 to 300 lbs with assistance
- Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment for 8 to 12 hours at a time
