Job Overview

- Weekly hours: 36 or 48 hours
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Tennessee
- Med Surg / Telemetry (2 years of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience working with Level 1 Trauma patients
- Driver's License
- Large hospital experience
Schedule / Assignment Details
- 1:7 patient ratio
- Team nursing model
- On-call as needed
- Weekend work as needed
- First-time travelers accepted only with 3+ years of recent experience
- No block schedule, though weekend block may be considered
Additional Notes
- Locals are not accepted; 100-mile radius rule applies
- Pending license is not accepted
- All requested time off must be submitted with the application
- Candidates must be compliant with NLC guidelines
- This is a short-term acute care, Level I Trauma Center setting
