Radiographer I
Location
Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Schedule
- Overnight shift
- 12-hour shifts, 3 nights per week
- 1 shift of call per month
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Radiology Technician with 1 year of experience
- Radiology Technician experience within the last year
- ARDMS or ARRT or CCI
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
Role Overview
- Entry-level radiologic/cardiovascular technology role under immediate to general supervision and direction of a mentor/preceptor
- Supports diagnostic, interventional, and/or surgical procedures for adult and/or pediatric patients
- Works in a variety of care settings, including acute inpatient facilities, outpatient physician practices, diagnostic/urgent care centers, and remote statewide outreach clinics
- Performs patient preparation, imaging/procedure support, post-procedure review, image/data transfer, technical documentation, and equipment quality control and maintenance
- Participates in continuing education, professional development, and research activities
