Assignment Overview
- Travel/contract role in Lubbock, Texas
- 13-week contract
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Floating between units is required
- Weekend shifts are required: 6 per 6-week schedule
- Expected patient ratio: 1:4
- First-time travelers are accepted
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Texas
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
Unit Details
- Neuro Telemetry RN
- Short-term acute care setting
- Level II trauma center
- 379 staffed beds
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Government-issued photo ID
- Social Security card, as applicable for I-9
- E-Verify attestation
- Background check
- Education verification
- EPLS/GSA/SAM check
- HHS/OIG check
- State-specific background search
- Employment application covering at least the last 5 years
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting

- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit mask clearance
- TB screening or chest X-ray
- Tdap within 10 years
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, COVID, and respirator clearance documentation as required by the facility’s health screening process
