MRI Technologist
Location
Morgantown, West Virginia
Contract Length
13 weeks
Schedule
- Day shift
- 12 hours per day
- 24 hours per week
- Monday through Friday, between 6:45 AM and 7:15 PM
Required Qualifications
- BLS
- ARRT or ARMRIT
- West Virginia MRI license
Experience / Skills
- Experience communicating with physicians
- Ability to work as the lone technologist
Job Duties
- Perform MRI studies including brain, spine, MRA, body, and MSK imaging
- Start IVs
Assignment Details
- Mobile MRI unit
- New setup support before opening
- No floating to other areas
- No weekend, holiday, call, or standby requirements
- No blocked or self-scheduling
Equipment / Department Notes
- Siemens equipment
- EPIC and Fuji PACS used
- 1 scanner/room
- Average of 14 scans per day
- Radiologist in-house
- Radiology supervisor or lead tech available
- Registered Radiology Assistants are not used
- Grey scrubs are not provided
