Role summary

  • Evaluates and provides medically prescribed physical therapy treatment.
  • Performs initial and ongoing patient assessments.
  • Develops, revises, and evaluates plans of care with patient/family involvement.
  • Provides therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques.
  • Oversees physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel.

Required qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
  • Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • Driver's License
