Description
Dialysis Manager
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Seattle, Washington
- Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
- Onsite position
- 13-week contract
- Manager role with flexible hours
- Participates in an after-hours leadership on-call rotation every 3rd week, including weekend coverage
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the apheresis program
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, and daily department operations
- Partner with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS issued by the American Heart Association
- 2 years of dialysis experience
- Dialysis experience within the last year
- FACT accreditation
- Apheresis experience
- Experience in manager roles
- Background in transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy
- Experience working with pediatric patients
