    Dialysis Manager

    Job Overview

    • Travel/contract role in Seattle, Washington
    • Day shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
    • Onsite position
    • 13-week contract
    • Manager role with flexible hours
    • Participates in an after-hours leadership on-call rotation every 3rd week, including weekend coverage

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the apheresis program
    • Oversee staffing, scheduling, quality, regulatory compliance, and daily department operations
    • Partner with transplant, cellular therapy, and laboratory leadership

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid RN license in Washington
    • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
    • BLS issued by the American Heart Association
    • 2 years of dialysis experience
    • Dialysis experience within the last year
    • FACT accreditation
    • Apheresis experience
    • Experience in manager roles
    • Background in transfusion medicine, blood banking, or cellular therapy
    • Experience working with pediatric patients
