PICU Travel/Contract RN Job

Location

Job Type

  • Travel/Contract

Schedule

  • Night shift, 3x12 hours
  • Start date: any Tuesday
  • Weekends: minimum every 3rd weekend, with occasional extra weekend shifts as needed

Assignment Length

  • 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Oregon
  • PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
  • PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Flight and/or mobile transfer experience
  • Experience with Epic

Additional Notes

  • Flight training is included in orientation
  • Pediatric transport role involving neonates and pediatric patients
  • Charting system: Epic

Work Environment

  • Children’s hospital
  • Pediatric transport team

  • Scrub color: any color except black and camo
  • Parking is free in unrestricted spaces
