Occupational Therapist, Inpatient Rehab
Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Maryland
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
Required Certifications
- Color blind exam
- Competency exam
- Physical exam within 1 year of start, updated annually
- Fit test within 12 months of start, updated annually
- Tdap within the last 10 years
- Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
- Flu vaccination/documentation during flu season
- Eye exam within 6 months of start, repeated annually
- Drug screen within 30 days of start
- Government-issued photo ID
- E-Verify proof or attestation
Additional Compliance Notes
- Background check required, including a 7-year criminal check and international searches
- Fingerprinting is required for behavioral health placements in Maryland
- Tobacco/nicotine-free workplace policy applies
