Description
Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation
Location
- Keene, New Hampshire
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Temp assignment
- Day shift, 8 hours per day
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in an Outpatient setting
- Experience with Epic
Preferred
- Previous travel experience
Clinical Setting
- Outpatient rehabilitation
- Adult patient population, with experience in all age groups welcome
Scheduling / Availability
- No more than 5 days of requested time off
- Must be available for two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed:
- Thanksgiving Day, Friday after, and the weekend after
- Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after
- New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and the weekend after
- Scheduling accommodations such as block scheduling are not accepted
Work Expectations
- One patient at a time
- Typical workload includes 2 to 3 evaluations per day, with the remainder of the day focused on treatments
- Evaluations are 45 minutes
- Treatment sessions are typically 30 to 45 minutes
Software / Systems
- Experience with EPIC
- Experience with Expro
Other Notes
- Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility are not considered
- Requested time off must be included at submission and will not be approved after upload or offer
- Traveler must have voicemail set up and be reachable by phone
- Dress code allows personal scrubs of any color or business casual attire; no open-toe or open-back shoes
