Description

Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation

Location

  • Keene, New Hampshire

Contract

  • 13 weeks
  • Temp assignment
  • Day shift, 8 hours per day

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire
  • Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
  • Physical Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Experience in an Outpatient setting
  • Experience with Epic

Preferred

  • Previous travel experience

Clinical Setting

  • Outpatient rehabilitation
  • Adult patient population, with experience in all age groups welcome

Scheduling / Availability

  • No more than 5 days of requested time off
  • Must be available for two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed:
    • Thanksgiving Day, Friday after, and the weekend after
    • Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after
    • New Year’s Eve through New Year’s Day and the weekend after
  • Scheduling accommodations such as block scheduling are not accepted

Work Expectations

  • One patient at a time
  • Typical workload includes 2 to 3 evaluations per day, with the remainder of the day focused on treatments
  • Evaluations are 45 minutes
  • Treatment sessions are typically 30 to 45 minutes

Software / Systems

  • Experience with EPIC
  • Experience with Expro

Other Notes

  • Local travelers within 50 miles of the facility are not considered
  • Requested time off must be included at submission and will not be approved after upload or offer
  • Traveler must have voicemail set up and be reachable by phone
  • Dress code allows personal scrubs of any color or business casual attire; no open-toe or open-back shoes
