Job Overview
- Travel RN role in Crestview, Florida
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Days, 4x10-hour shifts; 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Hours per week: 36
- On-call required, including rotating weekends
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Florida
- OR - Operating Room (2 years of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PALS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Robotics experience
Schedule Details
- On-call coverage: 6–8 shifts per month
- Weeknight call: 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.
- Weekend call: 24-hour shift on Saturday or Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Role Summary
- Operating room RN responsible for patient care in the OR
- Works with surgeons, anesthesiologists, OR staff, and other personnel
- Duties include supply preparation, case timing, family communication, updating physician preference cards, scrubbing and assisting during surgical cases, and supervising personnel delivering patient care
