Role Overview

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Indiana
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Med Surg (1 year of experience)
  • Med Surg experience within the last year
  • Orthopedics experience
  • Neurology experience
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • Driver's License

Onboarding / Pre-Start Requirements

  • Signed assignment agreement
  • Pharmacology exam with a minimum score of 80%
  • Medical Surgical exam with a minimum score of 80%
  • EKG exam with a minimum score of 80%
  • Core competencies exam with a minimum score of 80% or national benchmark passing score
  • Color vision screening
