Description

Physical Therapist

Location

Fort Morgan, Colorado

Schedule

Day shift
4 ten-hour days per week
Typical hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Rare weekend on-call coverage may be needed

Assignment Details

Mostly outpatient orthopedics, with some inpatient acute and neuro cases
Common patient types include post-joint, pain, back, post-fall, post-neuro, and some sports cases
Average caseload is about 8–12 patients per day
Includes use of a warm water therapy pool
Department orientation is during the first week
Clinicians must be in state for the week of orientation, even if first-day modules are remote

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist license in Colorado
BLS certification through AHA
Driver’s license must be submitted

Additional Notes

The role includes training
Dress code is scrub attire or business casual
Radius limit: 60 miles
