Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Overview

  • Location: Baltimore, Maryland
  • Employment type: Long-term assignment
  • Contract length: 26 weeks
  • Shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
  • Schedule: 4 ten-hour days
  • Call: 1 day per week and every 4th weekend

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in Maryland
  • Interventional Radiology Technologist (3 years of experience)
  • Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
  • Driver's License

Optional / Additional Items

  • EPLS
  • Medical imaging contract worker onboarding form
  • Influenza vaccine declination is accepted, with masking required at all times during flu season
  • Positive PPD/IGRA with negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire
  • Hiring manager evaluation
  • Legal name change document

Notes

  • Current license and primary source verification must be completed within 30 days prior to start for all licensed professionals.
  • Core competencies must be completed within a year of start, updated every 3 years, and require a minimum passing score of 80% or the national benchmark.
  • The pre-hire onboarding education includes 6 hours and must be signed and dated by the traveler.
