Respiratory Therapist

Job Overview

  • Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Contract length: 13 weeks
  • Shift: Day, 3x12 hours
  • Weekly hours: 36
  • Schedule notes: Every other weekend and every other holiday; no on-call
  • Start considerations: Requested time off must be approved by the facility and included with submission

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Pennsylvania
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (2 years of experience)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Experience working with Adult patients
  • Adult Critical Care experience
  • Emergency Department experience
  • Proficiency with Hamilton G5, PB 980, Respironics V60, Optiflow, Lumis tx, Cough Assist, Vest, and IPV equipment
