    Description

    RN - ICU

    Overview

    • Travel RN position in Kennewick, Washington
    • Specialty: ICU
    • 13-week contract
    • Night shift: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
    • 36 guaranteed hours per week
    • Every other weekend required
    • No call
    • No block schedules
    • Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to qualify as travel

    Required Qualifications

    • Valid RN license in Washington
    • MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
    • MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
    • ACLS
    • BLS
    • Washington Suicide Prevention
    • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

    Unit Details

    • 2nd floor ICU
    • 14 beds
    • Typical patient ratio: 1:2
    • Medical ICU with minimal cardiac patients
    • Common patient types include sepsis, respiratory, some cardiac, and trauma
    • IABP used occasionally

    Preferred Experience

    • Medical ICU experience
    • TNCC

    Additional Information

    • Teaching hospital
    • New employee orientation dates are scheduled throughout 2026
