Description
Respiratory Therapist
Location
- Fort Wayne, Indiana
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
- Call as needed
- Does not work alone
Required Qualifications
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) via NBRC
- BLS
- ACLS
- NRP
- 5 years of experience preferred as a credentialed respiratory care practitioner
- Adult intubation skill
Job Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic respiratory care across patient populations
- Review and maintain care plans
- Perform patient evaluations and adjust care as needed
- Support distressed newborn and C-section care
Additional Details
- No floating
- Black scrubs required
- Orientation includes required training and department-specific training up to 3 weeks
- Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to a local rate adjustment
