Job Overview

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

- Government-issued ID showing residence outside the 50-mile radius from the facility
- Education verification
- Transcript or diploma
- 2 clinical references
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Physical exam
- TB questionnaire
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Proof of immunity or vaccination status for measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption during flu season
- CAPR training and N95 fit testing
- PAPR and fit questionnaire
- Medical history form
- Hazardous drug form
- Color vision test
