- Starts on day shift, then switches to PM shift

Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Illinois
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Long Term Acute Care (2 years of experience)
- Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year
- Long Term Care experience
- Skilled Nursing experience
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Complete accurate and comprehensive documentation
- Develop and carry out individualized plans of care
- Educate patients and families
- Participate in unit performance improvement and shared governance activities
- Support patient safety, patient experience, and escalation of complex situations
- For clinic and ambulatory RNs: maintain patient flow, answer telephone calls, and perform telephone triage
