Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- OR - Operating Room (1 year of experience)
- OR - Operating Room experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to speak additional languages
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care using the nursing process
- Document assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and management to address patient care needs
- Follow medication administration rights and organizational policies
- Support patient advocacy, confidentiality, cultural and religious respect, and end-of-life care
- Participate in quality activities, compliance training, orientation, and annual competencies
- Maintain professionalism, teamwork, time management, and reliable attendance
