Description
RN - Cardiac Critical Care
Overview
- Travel RN position in Indianapolis, Indiana
- Shift: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Guaranteed hours: 36 per week
- Weekend requirement: every other weekend
- Call: not required
- Float: first to float with low census
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- BLS
- ACLS
- CCU - Coronary Care (2 years of experience)
- CCU - Coronary Care experience within the last year
- Ventilator management experience
- Titratable vasoactive drips experience
Unit Details
- 16-bed cardiac critical care unit
- Patient ratios: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3
- Common patient types include post-cath STEMIs, NSTEMIs, direct admits from other facilities, and medical ICU overflow
- Equipment includes vents, Arctic Sun, temporary pacemakers, and Swan-Ganz
