- 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Must be available to stay late to complete cases as needed
- Every 3rd weekend
- Call required
Assignment Details
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Locals allowed
- First-time travelers accepted
- Floating not required
- Block scheduling can be discussed during interview
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cardiovascular Technologist license in Washington
- Cardiovascular Technologist experience within the last year
- Cardiovascular Technologist (1 year of experience)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- RCIS or RCEs
- AART
Compliance / Onboarding Requirements
- Background check within 30 days of start, covering all locations lived/worked/in school for the past 7 years
- Education verification
- Competency exam
- Medication test/pharmacology competency exam, as applicable
- Photo for badge
- Confidentiality statement
- Crime disclosure statement
- Potential conflict of interest disclosure form
- Compliance checklist
- Tdap vaccine or signed declination
- TB clearance documentation
- TB questionnaire
- Measles immunity documentation
- Mumps immunity documentation
- Rubella immunity documentation
- Hepatitis B documentation or signed declination
- Varicella immunity documentation
- 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
- Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
- 2 professional references completed within 1 year of start
Additional Requirement
- If using a multi-state nursing license from outside Washington, completion of the Washington BON-approved 6-hour suicide prevention training is required before working in Washington
