Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in New Mexico
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- COVID vaccination required; religious and medical exemptions are accepted with completion of the exemption form
- Pending New Mexico license accepted at time of submission
- Acute inpatient experience
Additional Requirements
- Greater than 7 days of requested time off requires approval
- New contracts and extensions must be at least 10 weeks
- A 6-month break is required for travelers after 4 consecutive assignments or after reaching one year, whichever comes first
Work Environment
- Community-based hospital
- Level III trauma center
- Level I teaching facility
- 65 inpatient beds and 12 ICU beds
