ICU RN
Job Overview
- Travel/contract ICU RN position in Glen Burnie, Maryland
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 20:00–08:30
- 36 hours per week
- Start date: 09/28/26 or ASAP
- Contract length: 8 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- NIHSS
- CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Schedule and Work Conditions
- Every third weekend required
- Holidays required as scheduled
- Floating required within the specialty and to lower-acuity areas as needed
- No pre-scheduled on-call
Clinical Setting
- Adult to geriatric patients
- Typical ICU diagnoses include sepsis, pneumonia, MSOF, surgical, neuro, CVA, cardiac/pulmonary, and renal cases
- Common procedures include bronchoscopy, PUG, and tracheostomy care
- Typical patient ratio is 1:2, with up to 3 for lower-acuity patients

- First-time travelers are accepted
- Navy blue scrubs required
