Speech and Language Pathologist

- Inpatient and outpatient adult services
- Must be willing to work in both inpatient and outpatient units
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license in Michigan
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Speech Language Pathologist (2 years of experience)
- Speech Language Pathologist experience within the last year
- Experience in a(n) Outpatient setting
- Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
- Driver's License
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Must have a personal vehicle
- Traveler’s permanent address must be included in the profile
- All scheduling requests and requested time off must be submitted at the time of profile submission
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
Clinical Focus
- Speech, language, and dysphagia services
- Bedside swallow studies
- Diet recommendations
- Monitoring and outpatient VFSS
- Outpatient speech therapy evaluation and intervention for adults
Notes
- Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility may be considered at a reduced rate
- Dress code: business casual or matching scrubs
