Job Overview
- Travel/contract assignment in Anchorage, Alaska
- 13 or 26 weeks
- Day shift, 4x10 hours
- Start: ASAP
- First-time travelers accepted
Required Qualifications
- Cath Lab Technologist with 2 years of experience
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or Heart Stroke Foundation
- ARRT (R) or RCIS
- Neurointerventional experience
- Electrophysiology Technician experience
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience
- Vascular Technologist experience
Schedule and On-Call
- On-call required: 1 shift per week and every 4th weekend
- Some Saturdays are part of the regular weekly schedule
- May float within scope to IR and EP
Additional Notes
- Block scheduling is not available
- Local candidates are not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
- Pending license is not accepted
- Time off is reviewed individually after offer, with 1 request allowed per 13-week assignment
- Guaranteed hours: 70 per 2 weeks, with up to 1 ten-hour shift called off per 2 weeks

Anchorage is a unique city surrounded by 5,000-foot-high peaks in the south-central part of Alaska along the Cook Inlet, where abundant salmon and whales swim through. It's filled with cultural sites, including many museums and the Alaska Native Heritage Center, which offers stage performances and displays traditional crafts and replicas of dwellings from indigenous groups in the area.
