Job Overview
- Location: Waterbury, Connecticut
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift options: 5x8 or 4x10 day shifts
- Call: Weekday and weekend call required
- Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Required Qualifications
- CVOR Technologist (4 years of experience)
- CVOR Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or RQI
- State license verification
- Background check
- EPLS/GSA/SAM screening
- HHS/OIG screening
- Connecticut state exclusion list screening
- Photo for badge
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, COVID, and flu documentation or vaccination status as required by facility policy
- Negative 10-panel drug screen within 1 year of start
- 2 professional references within 3 years of start
