Description
Supervisor Registered Nurse
Location
Windsor, Vermont
Contract
- Temp assignment
- 13 weeks
- Day shift
- 12 hours per day
Role Overview
- House Supervisor / ED traveler role
- Not open to straight ED travelers
- Supervisory experience is required
- Works in the Emergency Department with patients of all ages
- The ED works with physician assistants
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Vermont
- ED - Emergency Department (5 years of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- TNCC
- PALS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in a(n) Inpatient setting
- Experience in Supervisory roles
- Driver's License
- Experience with Cerner
Preferred Qualifications
- Travel experience
- BSN or higher
Scheduling Notes
- No block scheduling or other schedule accommodations
- Requested time off must be included at submission and will not be approved after upload or after offer
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
- Travelers may not take all holidays off and must work two holiday blocks if scheduled or needed
- Local travelers within 50 miles are not eligible
Facility Notes
- Small community setting without public transportation
- 8-hour non-billable orientation
- Call-back, holiday, and overtime multipliers apply
- Call-off policy allows termination consideration after 3 call-offs
