Cath Lab Tech
Location
- Kingsport, Tennessee
Contract
- Travel/contract assignment
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- Day shift
- 4x10-hour shifts
- Call required: 1 to 2 nights per week and 2 weekends in a 6-week period
Required Qualifications
- Cath Lab Technologist with 1 year of experience
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Ability to scrub EP devices (PM, ICDs, Micras)
- Ability to scrub and monitor diagnostic and complex interventional cases
- Philips Systems proficiency
- Permanent residence must be 100 miles or more from the hospital’s service area
Preferred Qualifications
- EP experience preferred
- Structural experience is a plus
Additional Notes
- General orientation begins on Mondays
- 16 hours of nonbillable orientation
- Start date may be any Monday if compliance documents are completed by the deadline
- Traveler may be canceled or called off one shift biweekly without financial penalty if census decreases
- Additional shifts may be flexed as needed based on census or resource needs
