Description
RN Navigator
Location
- Tulsa, Oklahoma
Contract
- 13 weeks
- Full-time, 36–40 hours per week
- Shift: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Role Summary
- Interim renal pre-transplant coordinator responsible for clinical evaluation, diagnostic workup, and UNOS waitlist management for kidney transplant candidates.
- Works with transplant nephrologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams from initial referral through waitlist activation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oklahoma
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Transplant experience within the last year
- 2 years of transplant experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic
- Driver's License
