Interventional Radiology
Location
West Hollywood, California
Contract
13 weeks
Travel/contract role
Schedule
- Day shift
- 4x10 hours
- 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekend work required
- On-call as needed
- No floating
- No scheduling requests accommodated
Required Qualifications
- Valid Interventional Radiology Technologist license in California
- Interventional Radiology Technologist (1 year of experience)
- Interventional Radiology Technologist experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ARRT (R)
- High school diploma or GED and an associate degree or college diploma in radiological technology
- Experience with Epic
Preferred
- ACLS
- Bachelor's degree from a JRCERT-accredited radiological program
Additional Requirements
- EPIC familiarity required
- Must complete lab work within 48 hours of signing the contract
- Government-issued photo ID
- 2 professional references, including 1 supervisory reference
- Physical exam within 1 year of start
- Fit test within 1 year
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
- Drug screening within 1 year of start
- Prior radiation exposure attestation required for interventional radiology placements
- Flu vaccination documentation required for the 2026–27 season; declinations and exemptions are not accepted
Unit Notes
- Interventional radiology procedures include TIPS, embolizations, spine procedures, Y-90, TACE, tunneled lines, nephrostomy tubes, biliary tubes, PCNL, trauma, stroke, and moderate sedation
