- Associate of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Description
ICU Registered Nurse
Location
- Dixon, Illinois
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 12-hour day shifts
- 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Active Illinois RN license
- BLS
- ACLS
- 2 years of ICU experience
Clinical Expectations
- Must be able to care for patients on ventilators, temporary pacemakers, balloon pumps, hemodynamic monitoring, and BiPAP
- Must be able to titrate drips
- May float to Med Surg, ED, or BHC if experienced
Schedule
- 7a–7p and 7p–7a
- Every other weekend, typically
- Every other holiday, typically
Additional Notes
- Drug screen required
- Local candidates within 50 miles are subject to a local rate
- Any color scrubs are allowed; close-toed shoes and good personal hygiene are required
- 1 full shift of orientation is provided
- PALS and NIH are preferred
