Description
Registered Nurse

Medford, Oregon
Contract Length
13 weeks
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts
- Every other weekend required
- Some holidays required, including 2 of 3 winter holidays
- No block scheduling
- May be placed on standby and called in during the shift
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Oregon
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Float experience within the last year
- 1 year of float experience
- ACLS
- BLS
Unit Details
- Med-surg float pool covering general medicine, cardiology, all med-surg units, ED boarding, post-surgical, ortho/neuro, inpatient rehab, behavioral health, and medical oncology
- Central telemetry monitoring is used; nurses do not need to read their own strips
- Charge nurses and CNAs are available
Additional Notes
- Local candidates are not accepted within a 50-mile radius
- 12 hours of non-billable orientation in the first work week
- Scrubs may be any color
