Registered Nurse - MedSurg / Telemetry

Job Overview

Location: Laconia, New Hampshire

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New Hampshire
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry experience
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
Experience in an acute care setting
BLS
ACLS
NIHSS
Cardizem drip management
Insulin drip management

Submission Requirements

Up-to-date resume documenting travel experience
2 recent charge or manager RN references from the specialty
Skills checklist matching the specialty
NURSYS report
License verification for all active RN licenses
RTO must be included at time of submission

Experience Notes

First-time travelers will be considered
Cerner experience is preferred but not required

Clinical Notes

Cardizem and insulin drips
Phenobarbital on telemetry
May be requested to float to another location in Laconia, New Hampshire
