Description
RN - Cath Lab
Location
- Jeffersonville, Indiana
Schedule
- Day shift
- 36 hours per week
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
- STEMI call: at least one day per week and every 4th weekend
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Indiana
- 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
- BLS
- ACLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Experience with Epic
Education
- Nursing diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
Key Clinical Experience
- Cath lab procedures including diagnostic and interventional heart catheterizations
- Pacemaker and AICD implants
- Loop recorders
- Impellas and balloon pumps
- TEEs, cardioversions, and tilt table testing
- STEMI patient care
- Peripheral IV access
Additional Notes
- Patient ratio: 1:1
- Uses Epic charting
