Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
2 years of oncology experience
Oncology experience within the last year
Experience in an outpatient setting
Infusion experience
Experience with Epic
ONS/ONCC certification

Experience and Clinical Skills

Chemotherapy and biotherapy infusions
Blood product administration
IV iron, fluids, and electrolytes
Port lab draws and injections
Patient and family education and emotional support
Epic experience

Role Overview

Provides clinical nursing care in a hospital setting
Coordinates and delivers patient care using the nursing process
Works with interdisciplinary teams and supports patient assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and education
