Primarily outpatient, with some acute care and home health
May work at area facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits
Rural location

Required Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
Experience in an outpatient setting
Experience working with geriatric patients
Post-operative care experience
Sports injury experience
