Labor and Delivery RN
Job Overview
- Location: Camden, New Jersey
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Jersey
- Labor and Delivery (1 year of experience)
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- NRP
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Circulate and scrub for cesarean section
- 1:6 patient ratio experience
- Experience with Epic
Work Expectations
- Must pass a dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing; only 2 attempts are allowed
- Must be able to float within skillset to multiple hospitals as needed
- Block scheduling is not allowed
- Every other weekend required
- 1 winter holiday and 1 summer holiday required
- First-time travelers are accepted, but not preferred
