Cath Lab Tech
Location
- Portland, Oregon
Assignment Details
- Travel/contract role
- Start date: ASAP, any Monday
- Length: 13 weeks
- Day shift, 4x10 hours, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
- Call required: about one weeknight per week and one weekend every 3–4 weeks
- Local travelers accepted
- Must be willing to float within the site and across the system
- Refusal to float as requested will result in cancellation of the contract
- Assigned education must be completed within one week of assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Oregon
- Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Cath Lab Technologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS issued by American Heart Association
- ARRT (R)
- OBMI
- Experience in both Cath Lab and Angio with scrub experience
Compliance / Pre-Start Requirements
- Criminal background check
- Copy of diploma required for RRTs
- Physical exam within 1 year before start
- Tdap within 10 years of start, or signed declination
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year before start
- TB questionnaire annually
- Measles immunity or 2 vaccines
- Mumps immunity or 2 vaccines
- Rubella immunity or 2 vaccines
- Hepatitis B immunity/titer and 3-dose vaccine series, or signed declination
- Varicella immunity or 2 vaccines
- Negative drug screen within 12 months of start
- Flu vaccine or signed declination during flu season
- COVID vaccine documentation or declination
- Respiratory safety clearance
- 2 professional references
