Description
Respiratory Therapist
Location
- Marianna, Florida
Contract
- 13 weeks
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour day shifts
Required Qualifications
- ACLS
- BLS
- RRT
- 5 years of respiratory therapy experience
Preferred
- PALS
- NRP
- 1 year of previous travel experience
Work Expectations
- Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Must be flexible with weekends, holidays, and call as needed
- Must be able to float to other floors, including nursery and ER
- Must have experience with adults, pediatrics, and infants
Clinical Duties
- Manage vents
- Perform breathing treatments
- Collect ABGs
- Perform EKGs
- Clean equipment and complete equipment turnover
- Keep up with charting/charges in the computer system
